Hi, Sadly it seems to be quite common, especially in males. I personally know 6 feather picking males and 2 feather picking females. good luck, krissy |

It is actually very common. Mine is a female and she doesn't pick as much as chew on the ends of her feathers. I have seen quite a few that are picked bald from the neck down though. Also breeding pairs seem to pick each other more often then "pet" birds do by themselves. |

Just adopted a female Eclectus that is completely plucked. They rate right under Greys & Toos for plucking. |
