In order to calculate the percent yield of Luminol, do I have to take in consideration the Na2S204 (Sodium Thiosulfate) used or do I simply base it on the 3-Nitrophthalic acid and the Hydrazine?

Reaction given in Lab procedures:

3-Nitrophthalic acid + Hydrazine ----> 3-Nitropthlalhydrazine

Na2S2O4
-------------------> Luminol
