What kind of a sentence do you think a teacher should get for having sex with a minor (teenager)? What factors do you think should be looked at when it comes to sentencing? |

I think that it is terribly wrong no matter what! I think that all factors should be looked at; but that those guilty of such should receive a heavy punishment. Moral corruption of minors should be dealt with. |

I agree with adair. I am incensed that the pretty teacher got off so lightly and I am equally incensed at a well know tv guest lawyer who said boys love it. |

It's wrong no matter if it's a boy or girl. The teacher should get the same sentence as any child molster. |

I also agree with Adair. Anyone, regardless of their occupation, should be dealt with severly for such crimes. What a shame that such offenders have infiltrated professions that once were looked upon with considerable respect: teachers, scout leaders, religious leaders. Should they get a harsher punishment than a stay-at-home mom or a plumber or a delivery truck driver? No. They should all get the same punishment and it needs to be serious. |

HERE,HERE Angelbear! Teachers,Priests & Parents are supposed to be trustworthy to a fault.It's so sad when things like this happen.BTW,I forgot to mention Doctors too. RAPE! & the highest pentalty with it! |
