 Alright, a bit  
 here.  I seem to have gotten off track AGAIN!!   
 I haven't done anything since my "day off" on January 19th!  Not good.  I'm guessing I can't have days off for the first week at least!
  
 So because I can't be trusted to do something, I'm gonna print up a exercise schedule and post it on my wall or door so I SEE it every morning when I get up.
  
 Here's what this week will be like:
  
 Tuesday (Day One) - WALK AND KICK (33 minute dvd)
  
 Wednesday (Day Two) - RESISTENCE TRAINING WITH RESISTENCE BAND AND ELPITCAL TRAINER (15 minutes for the resistence training on dvd, and 20 - 25 minutes on the elptical trainer).
  
 Thursday (Day Three) - WALK AND KICK (33 minute dvd)
  
 Friday (Day Four) - RESISTENCE TRAINING WITH RESISTENCE BAND AND ELPTICAL TRAINER (15 minutes for the resistence training on dvd, and 20 - 25 minutes on the elptical trainer)
  
 Saturday (Day Five) - WALK AND KICK (33 minute dvd)
  
 Sunday (Day Six) - RESISTENCE TRAINING WITH RESISTENCE BAND AND ELPTICAL TRAINER (15 minutes for the resistence training on dvd, and 20 - 25 minutes on the elptical trainer).
  
 OFF DAY = MONDAY.
 WATCH ALL PORTION SIZES, AND EAT MORE FRUITS AND VEGGIES AND DRINK WATER !!!!!!!
 REPEAT SAME THE NEXT WEEK, AFTER THAT IT MAY CHANGE UP A BIT!!
