Update from yesterday -
 
NO EXERCISE BECAUSE I WAS SO SORE FROM DOING 30 MINUTES ON THE ELPTICAL TRAINER!!
 
I will still give myself a Bouncefor recognizing when I need a break in the beginning so I don't hurt myself.

Alright, a bit  Embarrassed here.  I seem to have gotten off track AGAIN!!
 
I haven't done anything since my "day off" on January 19th!  Not good.  I'm guessing I can't have days off for the first week at least!
 
So because I can't be trusted to do something, I'm gonna print up a exercise schedule and post it on my wall or door so I SEE it every morning when I get up.
 
Here's what this week will be like:
 
Tuesday (Day One) - WALK AND KICK (33 minute dvd)
 
Wednesday (Day Two) - RESISTENCE TRAINING WITH RESISTENCE BAND AND ELPITCAL TRAINER (15 minutes for the resistence training on dvd, and 20 - 25 minutes on the elptical trainer).
 
Thursday (Day Three) - WALK AND KICK (33 minute dvd)
 
Friday (Day Four) - RESISTENCE TRAINING WITH RESISTENCE BAND AND ELPTICAL TRAINER (15 minutes for the resistence training on dvd, and 20 - 25 minutes on the elptical trainer)
 
Saturday (Day Five) - WALK AND KICK (33 minute dvd)
 
Sunday (Day Six) - RESISTENCE TRAINING WITH RESISTENCE BAND AND ELPTICAL TRAINER (15 minutes for the resistence training on dvd, and 20 - 25 minutes on the elptical trainer).
 
OFF DAY = MONDAY.
WATCH ALL PORTION SIZES, AND EAT MORE FRUITS AND VEGGIES AND DRINK WATER !!!!!!!
REPEAT SAME THE NEXT WEEK, AFTER THAT IT MAY CHANGE UP A BIT!!

Alright I'm sooooooooo Mean at myself!  I made up that whole list of what I was gonna be doing this week, and I even taped it to the door of my bedroom and I haven't done a single damn thing!  In fact I've eaten more than I need to!!
 
This honestly needs to STOP!!!  I need someone with me when I wake up in the morning to Whipmy ass in gear and in shape!  I cannot believe that I haven't done one thing on my list!  It's not like it isn't doable either!
 
So!  I'm being pro-active here and gonna be mad right now then let it go.
 
I at least have cleaned up my eating today and am drinking tons of water.  I will start waking up at like 7am instead of almost 9am, do my workout, take a shower, eat some breakfast, and then I will still have plenty of time to study before I go to work!
 
Okay then!  I won't be writing in this journal until next Monday.  BECAUSE I WILL GET MY ASS IN SHAPE IF IT'S THE LAST THING I DO!
