June 1: 60 min run at 7 am
beautiful run by the park, felt great, good stretch afterwards
June 2: spent 2 hours at the YMCA
treadmill for 50 mins...combo of 5 min warmup, 60 sec run, 90 sec walk
did the complete circuit (geared for lower weights today with 3 reps of about 10)
stairs (3 times) brutal but doable
abs.......50 lbs doing the machine...
June 3 Sunday my body needs a rest so I took it without any shame
June 4 Back...spent 2 hours at the Y....did the eliptical cross trainer (20 min each)
burned about 400 calories, rower for 10 mins got up and maintained about 29/30,
abs (really pushing my technique with 3 reps of 15). Walked around 1 KM with trainer, got some emotional support. She feels the brick wall I feel is my body telling me to pump it up which we did today!
