We all have joined Granny's because it was not a mistake it was the spirit who sent us.Our problem is. How do we get involved without making a mistake? In Granny's there is no mistakes. We are a family. We all come from different back grounds. Some educated some not. In the body of Christ it is not the education that matters. It is the love and concern for each other.Some may not be strong at times in the lord. That is okay.We have been there too. We all understand. We do not need fancy prayers. Let it come from the heart. I truly encourage you. You that have just looked in and read. Please come and participate with your thoughts, prayers and poems and praise. We need to build Granny's Place to come and be friends and get to know each others needs. We all hurt once in awhile. I myself had only a few years of school. My t's dont get crossed or all my periods dotted. It will not hold me back I still to go forth. Alot of people hurt and need us to be for them and go forth in prayer.. I asked the Lord to use me and put me where he knows I would be encouragement for others and he the Father will do the rest. We are called only to be servants. That is all he asks. Be willing. Not too much he asks of us. So please step out in faith. The faith of the mustard seed. Size of a period you use in a sentence.You may fill a broken heart with a message of kindness. To someone it is the biggest thing for them. A depression can turn into joy! A prayer can turn into a healing for someone. A poem a song to the heart. We all need to be fed . God can use each and every one of us. Come on in.

Yes Sis in Christ I agree with you. We do need to keep each other encouraged and up-lifted in the Lord.

We want to share each other’s burdens and Victories.

It is our prayer that all our members come together for fellowship and friendship.

We (my sis Betty and I) set this site up to communicate the love of Christ and deep faith that our mothers and grandmothers taught us. We came from a big family and have many kinfolks here at the site, but we want more fellowship with Gods people all over the world, for we are all Brothers and Sisters in the Lord.

I am thankful for all our loyal members, who take the time out of their busy day to stop in and say Hello,and post their replies. May God Keep us dedicated to Him and to each other.

The U in JesUs

Before U were thought of or time had begun,
God even stuck U in the name of His Son.

And each time U pray, you'll see it's true
You can't spell out JesUs and not include U.

You're a pretty big part of His wonderful name,
For U, He was born; that's why He came.

And His great love for U is the reason He died.
It even takes U to spell crUcified.

Isn't it thrilling and splendidly grand
He rose from the dead, with U in His plan?

The stones split away, the gold trUmpet blew,
and this word resUrrection is spelled with a U.

When JesUs left earth at His upward ascension,
He felt there was one thing He just had to mention.

"Go into the world and tell them it's true
That I love them all - Just like I love U."

So many great people are spelled with a U,
Don't they have a right to know JesUs too?

It all depends now on what U will do,
He'd like them to know,
But it all starts with U.

A wonderful message from a true heart who Loves Our Lord.. this is Anna.. and im one of those who haven't been around much.. as the letter noted... i had thoughts a few months back that my being here was a mistake.. often times i would make a decision to unsub however for Gods reasons I am still here .. and i agree he does not make mistakes.. I pray continued growth and edification here at Granny's Place so that the body of Christ is nurtured , encouraged and strengthened for his Glory... I pray the Lord use me and lead me where he sees fit.. and that my heart remains humble in his service..
