Whenever I recieve an email that has an attachment, I try to open it and it wont. Example: I get an email that includes a picture, I click on the clip in the corner and then I click on the title and it will not open. Why? My bil played with it one day and it hasnt worked right since and I dont want to ask him because he will mess it up even more. And I have also told him not to touch it again when he comes into my house!! Any kind of help would be great!
I can never open attachments in my emails. I have to click the forward button like I'm going to send it to someone else and I can open it then. Try that and see if it works!
Sounds to me like you both need to change a setting. In tools,options, security tab, in here it has a box that says do not allow attatchments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus. Uncheck this box and you should be able to normally open your attatchments.
