For christmas from my sil & bil and so far I havent been able to print one damn thing.  Its installed,  all I have to do is click on print and it should go right?  Somedays I hate this thing!!!

Click on Start, then on control panel.  Double-click on Printers & Faxes.  Have you got both your old printer and your new one in there?  Is there a tick on your new one or your old one?

If you can print pics out, you should be able to print anything Punky.  Glad you got it sorted.
