I keep getting " a low on virtual memory " message box popping up every now and again.
What is virtual memory and how do I fix it? I don't have a fooking clue.

I get that every now and gain.  Think you might want to do a disk cleanup and defrag and such-like ---- someone will know.

When you receive an error message about low virtual memory, the program is trying to use more memory (RAM) than is available on the computer. You can adjust the virtual memory settings in Windows to work around this issue, or add more memory to the computer.
