A woman in Ireland died recently and her death is being investigated by both the Gardai and the Health Service Executive. She was living with her daugher and when finally another member of her family got to see her they called an ambulance.

This woman was suffering from MS so surely MUST have been under the care of a GP and / or district nurse. She was found to be 3.5 stone in weight and covered in her own excrement and maggots.

How could you do this to a dog, never mind your own mother. I don't care what the daughters circumstances are, I hope the bitch gets life in jail.

That has completly and utterly disgusted me  what's wrong with people? Latley everything I've seen or heard in the news has been appauling, especially the stories with little children involved , seems death would be a blessing

I know it shouldn't be used willy nilly but I do think hanging should be brought back like in other countries for situations that are so inhumane as these.  I could have seen past it if the woman had lived on her own but with a daughter....how could anyone see their mother in such a way and not have an ounce of compassion.....how did it get past the GP etc if she was ill??

Apparently the woman begged her daugher not to call for help until it was too late. Doesn't excuse the fooking maggots though does it?
