Shit. FUBAR.
I knew this would happen sooner or later.  I love to drive, and I love to take things a little too fast, and I really shouldn't mix the two.  Hell, I'm still finding bits of glass in my shirt, and I can't help but wonder how it got there.  Well, I know why there's glass, but why's it's in my shirt is a mystery to me.  I guess if I was broken glass, I'd wanna be in my shirt, too.  I don't think I hit my head, but who knows?  I guess if I did, it would hurt, right? Maybe when I go back out to the car, all will be fine.
Am I immortal?  Hell yes!!  And I'm not very happy about it.  We've all had those should-have-died experiences......but why do I continue to have them, even after I'm clean?  It's not right!  It's not fair!  God and his infinate fucking patience!  (sorry...got carried away)
Just needed to vent some of that.
jewel

Took a turn too fast....might have been a bit under the influence, but we won't talk about that part of it.  Where was I?  Oh, took a turn a little too fast, fishtailed, and lost control.  Smacked into some signs, mailbox post, that sort of thing.....came into the window about 3 inches from my face.  And I was going pretty fast.....
It was beautiful!!! Would have been even better, had I been able to avoid it....but it was beautiful all the same.  How can an accident be beautiful?  Well....I've just got a sick sense of humor, I guess.
I'm fine, the car still runs.....even if there is a HUGE ASS dent in the side of it, without a driver's side window or mirror.  The frame doesn't seem to be damaged, although the muffler was a little dislodged....but I can fix that myself.

Jewel,

well, i am glad you are ok.
heheh, 2 weeks ago, i left my car running in my boyfriends driveway..which backs up to an alley.. when i got out of the car, i must have bumped in into reverse ...i just wanted to run in the house quick and grab cigarettes.. well, when i closed the car door, the damn thing backed up, crossed the alley and was straining against the neighbors fence... PLUS my doors auto lock when the car is in motion.... i was lock out of my car, it was pushing against this fence HARD, and in reverse.. not to mention blocking the alley.

it was so ridiculous, i stood there and laughed for about 10 mins...the neighbhors, though, don't like me much..........................

Thanks, Indigo....but I prefer the Columbia get-up I've got.  Though sometimes I'm in a Magenta mood.  And then there's the whole bar wench outfit....
And all the goth clothes from way back when....
The chain mail in the corner that's starting to rust...
All the hippesque stuff...
The ugly witch outfit from Robin Hood Men in Tights....
The whole amazon woman outfit...

Hey Jewel,
I see you are a rocky freak, me too.  I was Magenta for a long tome, but that's ancient history now.
Shitty about your car, but it's good that you're laughing.
you must be gold

Jewel,
Ahem...just read your post...that is some mightly fucked up logic, but I may see it a little.
Please don't drive under the influence, I have done it, been busted for it....etc. Killing yourself is one thing, but what if you killed someone else???? I thank god every day that I never killed anyone.
Anyhow, I like to drive fast too, love turning up the tunes and boogeying! The thing is I have an A4 and the bugger loves to go! I feel immortal in that car.
Reading your post though.....think I will try to keep it under 125
Keep smiling
