I was born in Detroit Michigan. Detroit was the city where Henry Ford lived and in 1896 he was the one that built the first car. Detroit was the first city to have a traffic light, the first place to have a undergorund tunnel between 2 nations (the Detroit-Windsor tunnel), the first place to have a freeway, and also the first place to have a mile of paved road.
Famous people that came out of Detroit are director France Ford, Coppola, aviator Charles A. Lindbergh, singer Ted Nugent, comedian Gilda Radner, singer Dianna Ross, actress Lily Tomlin, singer Kid Rock, rapper Eminem, civil rihgts activist Rosa Parks, singer Madonna, and actor Tom Selleck.
Berry Gordy Jr. started the record co that we all know as Motown. And he made knowen the following, Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robbinson, Dianna Ross, Stevie Wonder, and the Jackson.
