Serves: 8 Serving Size: 1/4 cup Ingredients 2 cups frozen peas, thawed 1/2 cup green onion, chopped 1 tablespoon cilantro, fresh, chopped 1 ripe avocado 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, to taste 1 lemon, juice
Preparation - Place peas, onion and cilantro in food processor. Process on high speed until smooth.
- Add avocado, hot pepper sauce and lemon and pulse on high until chunky.
- Serve immediately with toasted whole-wheat pita triangles or baked tortilla chips.
