Cream Cheese Rollups
6 Soft Taco Size Flour Tortillas
2 (8 oz.) pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 (1 oz.) pkg Ranch dressing mix
4 scallions or green onions, chopped
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can drained green chiles, chopped
1 (4 oz.) jar drained pimento, diced
1/3 cup ripe olives, chopped
garnish with whole jalapenos
Beat cream cheese and dressing mix at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy.
Stir in green onions, green chiles, pimiento and olives.
Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over tortillas; roll up.
Wrap each in plastic wrap, and chill 3 hours.
Cut each diagonally into 10 slices.
Garnish, if desired
