REUBEN DIP
1 pound deli corned beef, sliced very thin
1/2 cup thousand island dressing
1 cup sauerkraut, well drained
1/2 pound Swiss cheese, grated
Crumble corned beef into a well greased glass baking dish. Spread the
dressing over the meat, top with the sauerkraut, cover with the
cheese. Bake 325°F until hot and bubbly. Serve with party rye bread or
rye crackers.
