Seasoned Bagel Chips

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 8
Serving Size: 2-ounce serving

Ingredients

  • 4 small whole wheat bagels, 3"
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

    Preparation
    1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
    2. Using a sharp serrated knife, slice bagels vertically into very thin slices. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
    3. Brush olive oil over bagel slices. (Alternatively, cooking spray may be used.)
    4. Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder, or other seasonings of choice such as chili powder, cilantro, etc.
    5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Allow to cool and enjoy alone or with a dip.
