4 large chicken breasts,
3 small cans of mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
2 medium cans of diced tomatoes
salt & pepper
Italian herbs, or herbs de Provence
add some garlic powder to taste
Bake the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at 350 in the oven. On the stove, cook the garlic in chunks in olive oil, add 3 cans of sliced mushrooms. After these cook somewhat, add diced, canned tomatoes and herbs. When the veggies cook down, add a small dash of garlic powder. Coat the chicken breasts with the veggie sauce while they continue cooking in the oven.
