Serves: 16 Serving Size: 1/2 cup Ingredients 3 cups each: diced apples, onions and celery 1 tablespoon margarine 4 cups prepared stuffing 3 cups cooked brown rice 1 cup low-sodium broth
Preparation - Saute the apples, onions and celery in the margarine in a large non-stick skillet or medium saucepan.
- When vegetables are soft (about 5 minutes), add the prepared stuffing, rice and broth.
- Mix well and place in a covered casserole or baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F.
