Serves: 4 Ingredients 2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen (thawed) 2 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon corn starch 1 tablespoon water 2 lowfat cereal bars, chop into fine pieces
Preparation - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Toss blueberries with sugar, corn starch and water. Place into ceramic baking dish lightly coated with cooking spray. Top with lowfat cereal bar pieces.
- Cover with glass lid or foil and bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.
- Divide between 4 dessert bowls to serve.
- Optional serving suggestion: Nonfat frozen vanilla yogurt.
