Serves: 6 Ingredients 8 cups mixed leafy greens 1 cup grape tomatoes 1 apple, diced 1/4 cup diced red onion 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped 1 lemon, cut into wedges 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, to taste 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation - Place the greens in a large salad bowl.
- Top them with the tomatoes, apple, onion, cheese and walnuts.
- Garnish the salad with lemon wedges and black pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
