|   Prep Time: 5 minutes or less Cook Time: 20 minutes
  Serves: 4   Ingredients   2 large idaho potatoes  1 teaspoon garlic powder  1/8 teaspoon black pepper, to taste  1/4 cup parmesan cheese
   Preparation   - Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Wash potatoes and cut into 1/4-inch thick wedges. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.  
 - Lightly coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange the potato wedges in rows so they don't touch.  
 - Spray the top side of the potatoes with the cooking spray and place them in the oven.  
 - Bake potatoes until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Flip them over and continue baking until brown on both sides, about 10 more minutes.  
 - Place potatoes in serving bowl and toss with seasoning/cheese mixture.
