Cheesy Oven Fries

Prep Time: 5 minutes or less
Cook Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 2 large idaho potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

    Preparation
    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Wash potatoes and cut into 1/4-inch thick wedges. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
    2. Lightly coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange the potato wedges in rows so they don't touch.
    3. Spray the top side of the potatoes with the cooking spray and place them in the oven.
    4. Bake potatoes until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Flip them over and continue baking until brown on both sides, about 10 more minutes.
    5. Place potatoes in serving bowl and toss with seasoning/cheese mixture.
