  Serves: 4   Ingredients   1 pound beef sirloin steak, raw  12 fluid ounces beef broth, low sodium  1/4 dry cup teriyaki sauce, low sodium  2 tablespoons orange marmalade  1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, ground  4 ounces snow pea pods, fresh or frozen  4 ounces spaghetti, cooked  1 orange, medium
   Preparation   - Spray a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat.  
 - Cut beef into thin strips and cook beef in skillet 2 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown.  
 - Remove beef from skillet; keep warm.  
 - Add broth, teriyaki sauce, marmalade and red pepper to skillet; heat to boiling.  
 - Stir in pea pods (washed, if using fresh) and noodles (broken in half); reduce heat to medium.  
 - Cover and cook for about 6 minutes or until noodles are tender.  
 - Stir in beef; cook uncovered 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened and beef is heated through.  
 - Cut unpeeled orange into 8 wedges, and garnish each serving with 2 wedges. Serve immediately.
