Banana Spice Bread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1 pkg spice cake mix ( I use Duncan Hines)
1 pkg (3oz) instant banana cream pudding & pie filling, (I use Jello brand)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 vegetable oil
2 ripe bananas (mine were med size and ripe but not overly ripe)
4 eggs
Pecans (chopped) to sprinkle on top prior to baking
Pour into 2 large or 4 small greased loaf pans (I use Pam)
Sprinkle pecans on top.
Bake at 350 degrees about 40 to 45 mins or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Remove
from oven, cool about 5 mins. and remove from pans onto a wire rack.
