Ingredients: 2 eggs 1/2 cup milk 3 1/2oz butter 1 heaped cup SR flour 1 cup sugar 2tbsp custard powder Method: Beat all together for 5 minutes. Put in a round (23cm x 7cm deep) tin and cook for about 45 minutes in a moderate (180C) oven. Let cool in tin for a few minutes before putting onto cake rake. Spread top with butter (it will melt) and sprinkle with a mixture of 1 1/2tsp cinnamon and 1 1/2tsp sugar. |
