last nite i got hardly any sleep.i can fall asleep alright but these nightmare have got to go away.i had 4 right in a row last night.at 3 am when i finally gave up and got myself some peppermint tea,my husband ask me if i was hiding something from him.i'm not as far as i know.i haven't had 4 nightmares like that since before i was told i was bipolar.i'm scared,i don't know what's coming next. kittycomfort-michelle. |

(((Kitty))) What an awful way to have to wake up!! I'm sorry that you are going through this. Have you called your p-doc yet? The reason I asked is certain medications can cause us to have nightmares or possibly you need a med adjustment. I feel it is very importnat that you call and notify the Dr and let him or her know what you are going through...Please don't wait and let yourself suffer needlessly, when there may be some minor change they can make, to stop this from happening to you. Be sure to keep posting and let us know how you are doing and I will keep you in my prayers Kitty. Love, huggs & prayers ~ |

((((Kitty))) I agree with Mary all the way ho check with ya Dr. Also, is there anything form ya past, I ask this cause of the fact ya said ya havet had the happen senice just before ya found out ya were bipolar.
