I just dont' know what to do.. I haven't been like this. I am having such bad racing thoughts that I am glad I forget what I was thinking about before I do something stupid. I keep thinking if I do this will it hurt? Then I keep self medicating myself and then alcohol on top of it so I sleep 90% of the time, so I can just try not to think about things.. I can't cope this time with my bp, and I don't know what is going on. I think I have lost it and I don't wnat no one to know.. I can't even talk to Mike about it. I cry for no reason all the time, and just want to go away... What the F is wrong with me... aaaaahhhhhh I just can't stop these thoughts and these feelings.. I dont' even know how to explain these feelings.. I have lost it..... Lacy |

I also keep eating alot of sweets, cause my diabetes to go uncontrollable, and then this gives me a reason to go to the ER to get medicated... And I dont' tell them that I did it to myself, that I am having a manic/panic/depressed/psycho moment.. They just think something is going on in my body, and treat the diabetes and not my head... |

My dear sweet Lacy, I am so very worried about ya hon. I'm glad ya have opened up to us here and hope ya contine to do so, we are here for ya now and always sweety. I agree with Rain what ya are doing is very dangerous, I don't want to see anything bad happen to ya. Please call ya PDr and tell him what is going on with ya hon. They can help. I know the pain of the bipolar, but remember the pain is there but not forever, we do have a life outside of the bad times, and that's what we must try hard and think of when we are at our worse. It will end, we will not always feel this way. Mike will understand also and stand by ya side if ya let him hon, he loves ya very much. We love ya we are ya family! Please talk talk talk ok. Keep cpoming to the boards and telling us what ya are feeling and how ya are doing, good bad or indifferant. If ya need me ya know how to get me. I am here for ya always sweety, ya are like a daughter to me, I don't want to see anything bad happen to ya. PLEASE let me help ya as much as I can. Keep reaching out, we wil lbe here and lissen, and try to help. I wish I could be there in person and hold ya in my arms, and try to comfort ya in the pain ya are going through. Lacy, How horrible this must be for you. I am so sorry. Please listen to Jan and call your p-doc..Fall can be a very bad time of the year for some Bipolars.Possibly it has triggered you and you need a med adjustment sweety. We are all very concerned and want you to get the help you need. Mike will stand beside you..he loves you very much. Please don't continue to put yourself through this misery...let the Drs help you hon. We'll be waiting to hear from you and you will be in my thoughts and prayers. Love,huggs& prayers ~ |
