Yesterday I felt so together , like I had a course of action, a direction to follow...I've slept since then. I hate being a rapid cycler. Now I can't remember why I was unhappy in the first place, why I needed to change things so drastically. Nothing is so terrible in my life. I don't know why I feel so unhappy or so trapped, I don't know why I want to run. I'm not used to being depressed for any length of time. Usually I can find a source for it. I thought it was my marriage but I think it's just me. I feel so empty right now. I made myself go work with the horses today. I felt better the whole time then back to the emptiness. I feel like I need to do something drastic to change the course of my life. I don't know what to fix though so instead I do nothing. I hate myself when I do nothing.

Can't take antidepressants only mood stabilizers. Get manic too easily. Here's a pic of

((((Netzer)))) First of all let me say ya are not rambling on hun. Say what ya want to say no matter how long or short, we are here for ya. My heart goes out to ya hun, I know how ya feel as I myslef have been there before. I hate the fact that ya can't take antidepresants. I am glad that working with the horses helped, it goes to show ya taht if we get out and do things where we want to or not it dose help us. If ya have to start out slow and every day increase it a little more. I will be thinking and praying for ya hun.

I'm sorry that things are on the depressed side for you right now and that you are not able to take antidepressents. I'm sure working with horses does wonders for the soul, I am glad you have them have the horses and they can spread their magic, even if for a short period of time. I hope you feel better soon and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
