tonight i went to my weekly bi-polar support meeting it all went real good until a person that attends regularly even tho he has ptsd let loose on us he made the statement to all in the room including many new people that we should understand that he has a different condition and that he has 4 different personalitys and that we needed to never get up in his face and try and tell him what to do as he could just come unglued i think he was way out of line since no one ever gets in anyones face to begin with you should have seen the look of horror on some of the new people's faces i know that he is just a big blow hard who loves the spotlight to be on him as much as possible i sure hope those new people come back but i do not blame them if do not he has started a new group on a different night and i do not understand why he continues to come to the bp group i don't know if i should say anything to the man who is over our group or not he was not there tonight and does not know this i know we are supposed to be kind to everyone with a mental disorder but i think he went a bit overboard now i am through ranting and raving thanks for listening gelabriar |
