Mandarin Orange Salad
1 3oz package orange jello
1 16oz container cottage cheese
1 8oz tub whipped topping
1 10oz can manadrin oranges, drained
1 8oz can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 4oz jar marachino cherries, drained and halved
1/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)
In large bowl mix the dry jello into the cottage cheese until well blended. Stir in mandarin oranges and pineapple. Fold in cool whip. Transfer to a greased mold or into the serving bowl. Garnish with cherries and nuts. Chill about 2 hours and serve.
