Cranberry Cream Cheese Muffins
1 cup butter, softened
1 package (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 eggs
2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups cranberries
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Cream together butter, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Fold in cranberries and nuts.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full and bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Makes 24 muffins.
