Maple fondue ½ cup maple syrup 2 cups 15% cream 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. vanilla Assorted Fruit In a saucepan, bring syrup to a boil on medium heat (about 5 minutes). In a small bowl, add cornstarch to 4 tbsp. cream. In a separate saucepan bring remaining cream to a boil. Add syrup, incorporate cornstarch & stir constantly until thick. Serve in a fondue set with fruit. |
