I went back up on my meds the night I posted on the trigger board. Good news I have been sleeping. Yesterday I got out for a while just to go to the store with Mark. I have cut off contact with my parents. And my mood seem to be better. Although I still have the racing thoughts so I guess I am not out of the woods yet. But for right now I think I am alright. It is hard to tell when you are cycling. But I think I am. Thanks for the support knowing that you care really helps at a time like this.

Huggers,

Deb

((((Deb)))) I'm so glad to hear that you went back on your meds, it's important that we take them. And I realy glad you got sleep, that will help alot also.   It's also good that you got out of the house that helps to get our mind active and not to jsut sit around and do nothing but think on the probelm, it gives us a refreshing new out look even if it's just for a little bit, then we can get a new start and give us a boast and hopeful help, which seems to be the case for you. Take things slow and easy cause your not out of the woods it won't take much to set it back off. Sorry to say, but it sounds like cutting yourself off is the best things you can do for yourself, as it's nothing but a major trigger that you dont' need right now. It's not worth you heath and life right now. We are all family here, and if you need me you know how to get ahold of me feel free any time hun, as I am here for you, no mater what.
Love & hugs!
