Today I am starting on my goal to change the way I eat and to lose weight mainly for my health. I plan to use portion control, leave off fried foods and avoid sweets. I am diabetic, so I should be watching what I eat anyway. I would like to start a walking program if I can find the time. I don't have any scales, so I will have to walk down to Paige's to weigh.
