sounds crazy, I know; but depakote has me feeling too stable sometimes. I feel flat and I hate that....... |

got more sleep than i have in a long time and woke up refreshed (what is that?)..... i guess sometimes it's just a matter of making myself take that nasty seroquel i hate...... |

Well, here's a to you from me, NCalVal. My Pdoc has been after me to see if my insurance will pay for Abilify. She really wants me to switch to it from the risperdal. I will now make an actual effort. Thank you and Love, Huggs, Rain.

Val, I really like Abilify so far and I've been on it a couple of months. I take it in the morning; I don't get drowsy from it at all; I don't crave food; and it really does help with my thought process. Be sure you take it with food at least until you get used to it. I didn't at first and was a little nauseous for the first few days cause I took it on an empty stomach......lovehugs, Rain. |

Thank you so much Rain, cuz the risperdal does make me hungry, especially after my 2 mg evening dose, and that's the worst time of day to eat. Love , huggs, NCalVal

very thankful this year.....for so many things.....depakote is working.....but i have to be honest and say i do miss some of it....i hate being flat....i want to feel something.....but i know i can tweak myself with doc's o.k.....maybe i'm afraid to...... |
