Janice, I don't who you are speaking of, gelabriar, or Rain; they are the ones who post most about lack of sleep, and being awake all night. But I too have been sleeping through the nights lately, due to a slight indreace in my night med. It depend on whether I can be calmed down, even when I take my meds, if I am up in a manic tizzy, it is still difficult to fall to sleep. I am following directions from my psyciatrist, and take my meds 20mins to 30 mins, before I am ready to fall to sleep, and in that time fram I am to do something calming. That is when I take a hot bath, and/ or just do by Bible studies, and read the Bible scriptures for the day. Say all my prayers, By then I am half a-sleep. Hope you are doing well Janice.
