i have tried that for the fms, i made me little sick to my tummy. hope u arent dealing with it and yes even now its feels great until i move. but i cant stand to have the lower right leg touched at all now, so out of the question in the worst area.  so much better in someways before i started in the pain clinic a sheet made me scream and i've tore my ligments in my ankle and couldnt be touched; but there was no need for screaming. funny this really is a different type of conditions-even now as i wait for meds its just searing.

 

ps on the up side my mom was given a gift when she went to the funeral for her brother and i believe at least for now has come home a new women. and as close as she could without bringing it up and upsetting me over again did explain her behavior. a first and i think a sry or as close as im going to get from her. u know mom, has to be in control of her non wild church going 2 non drinking daughters and love her to pieces lol  she cant help it - "got to love me " lol
