Well, I guess I've been lucky because I have yet to work in a salon where the so called 'salon drama' happens. The employers that I have had always did their job and there was never any problems with the 'rules' of the salon. We all have different personalities which amazingly enough worked for us! I would suggest a staff meeting which should include your district manager. Get everything out onto the table; everyone should share their feelings and express how such an unhealthy environment is causing major stress. I wish I could give you an example of what I went thru, but this is one area where I don't have experience. Good Luck! |
