I know we havn't communicated much and don't know each other well, but I just wanted to thank you personally for posting the stuff today about self pity.  I've been mulling some things over the last week or so and feeling quite sad about some things, and it does seem to progress into the self pity "I'm worthless" kind of thought.  I havn't exercised for 2 weeks, and I know that's a big part of the problem.  Your post is coming at the perfect time for me, to remind me to shake it off and get my rear in gear.  I think part of my melancholy is the season too, I've always done this during the holidays.  Anyway, thanks for a great post and I'm really glad you are part of this room and have the dedication that you do.  You are extremely valuable and I look forward to seeing your posts.
