We're now in the midst of the holiday season, AND Mercury's in retrograde! So, get-togethers like this are more needed than ever! And so are our angels!

Tonight, I would like to talk about the practical side of working with the spirit world, and how to work with them to improve every area of your life. I welcome your questions; both general questions and those about your personal life, but let's begin with basics.

You have angels and guides with you right now!

You have at least 2 celestial non-human angels with you, right at this very moment, and those angels want to help you to be happier, healthier, more at peace, and totally enjoying your life.

Your angels know what your mission in life is�?They know what your true talents are, and your angels also know that you can have more joy and fun out of life -- you don't need to struggle!!

While we can grow from struggle, we can grow so much faster from having peace. That's the angels' mission -- to build world peace, one person at a time! Whatever brings you peace, the angels are very happy to help you with.
                       
You also have spirit guides with you.

These are your deceased loved ones, and you have at least one with you most of the time.
Usually, they're relatives or friends who you knew before they passed. Occasionally, they're relatives who passed before you were born. They also want to help you.

In addition, there are ascended masters. These are great teachers and healers who once walked upon the earth. Goddesses and deities who can also help you

You have SO MUCH help available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Free of charge with no strings attached! LOL  They can help you more if you'll remember a few things. First, you've got to ASK for their help You can ask in a number of different ways�?

You can say the request aloud…or you can think it, as they do hear your thoughts (fortunately, they don't judge our thoughts)�?or you can write the request�?or even sing or shout it!

You can ask affirmatively, "Thank you for helping me," Or as a prayer of supplication: "Please help me!" You can command it: "Help me now!" It doesn't matter HOW you ask -- what matters is that you ask for help.

Many people who think that Heaven's ignoring them aren't asking for help. Secondly, don't tell heaven HOW to help you. The Divine wisdom knows how to help you in a super creative way. Don't hand Heaven a script!

Just ask for help and then get out of the way.

Next, you'll receive help in one of several ways: Most commonly, you'll get Divine guidance. This means repetitive thoughts, feelings, words, or visions that direct you to take action or, the angels will directly intervene.

You ask for a new job, and the phone rings with an old friend offering you a job, for example. Sometimes, the angels will appear in human form temporarily to help you�?The angel gives you a message that helps you, or performs some life-saving assistance.

My husband and I travel a lot, giving workshops all around the world. We've really learned to rely upon the help of the angels and ascended masters

I want to tell you about some ‘specific�?beings who you can call upon for practical reasons. Please know that it's okay to ask for their help!

You can ask for help with "little" or "big" things, it doesn't matter, because "matter" doesn't matter to the spirit world. All that matters is peace. So ask for anything that you sincerely believe will bring you or your loved ones peace.

You can ask for as many favors as you need, like during the day you can ask for protection, to receive healings, or for a better relationship, or more abundance. All requests are heard and answered . . .

So, here's a brief Who's Who in the spirit world:


For protection, call upon Archangel Michael. Michael is also WONDERFUL at fixing electronics, including computers!

If you're traveling for the holidays, call upon Archangel Raphael.

There's also a wonderful deity named Ganesh. He's the Hindu deity who is called, "The Remover of Obstacles." Let me tell you from personal experience. Ganesh will mow down any seeming obstacle in your path. He also helps those of you who are writers, as does the Archangel Gabriel.


For seemingly desperate situations, there's no one better than the goddess, Kali (pronounced Call-ee). Now, Kali is often misunderstood and feared. That's because she's VERY, VERY powerful!

When you ask her for help, you must get out of her way and allow her to do her work
I call upon her frequently, and she always comes through. But like a lot of powerful women, she's feared . . . Kali helps us to heal any issues we may have with female authority figures! LOL

If you have an Indigo child at home, or a teenager who's acting out, call upon the Archangel Metatron. Metatron is the first archangel of the Tree of Life (Cabbalah). He was the prophet, Enoch, for those of you who study the old testament and/or the Book of Enoch. Like a lot of the archangels and ascended masters, Enoch/Metatron was with us in Atlantis.

In my new book, I discuss how in Atlantis, we all worked with these great beings. Athena, the goddess of wisdom, walked with us in Atlantis. She's now in the spirit world, helping us to intelligently deal with conflict

Are any of you interested in manifesting a soul mate relationship? You would want to call upon the Romance Angels, who are a group of very powerful cherubs. Many, many people have met their soul mates by calling upon the Romance Angels. They often prepare you for your soul mate, by giving you Divine guidance.

For instance, they sent me to yoga class! I resisted at first, but they kept giving my guidance to go to yoga. That's where I re-met my childhood crush, Steven. And you recently met Steven during his chat on his book, "Power Animals."

If you're having any sort of relationship difficulties, you can call upon Archangel Raguel�?/FONT> He brings harmony to every sort of relationship . . . including business, family, and romantic relationships.

If you're interested in animals, call upon the Archangel Ariel.

And for abundance (after all, during the holidays, you may wish for more money to buy gifts) Archangel Ariel will help you, as will the amazing goddess, Lakshmi. Lakshmi helps us to stop worrying about money. She says that money-fears create money problems.

If you look at a painting or statue of Lakshmi, she's always holding her hand in a stop position, and she's saying, "STOP WORRYING!" So you can call upon her to help you if you tend to worry.

As powerful lightworkers, it's important to put your thoughts only in the direction of your desires. Never allow yourself to think about your fears. And Archangel Jophiel can help you with that. Jophiel's name in Hebrew means, "Beauty of God." She's one of the female archangels. And she helps us to beautify our thoughts�?Call upon her any time your thoughts become negative.

Just think, "Help Jophiel! I'm in my ego!" and she amazingly switches the channel of your mind, so that you're now thinking from your higher self. It's just amazing what happens when you call Jophiel.

If you're interested in becoming more psychic, I love working with Archangel Haniel and the goddess, Quan Yin. They're both wonderful at helping us to become more clairvoyant.

Haniel is a moon goddess archangel. She was with us in the times of Babylon, which was the civilization that introduced astronomy and astrology. She's got such a magical quality, and she'll unleash your inner magic, if you'll call upon her.

Quan Yin helps us to open our third eye. Call upon her now and you'll feel a tingle in your third eye area as she begins working with you. Quan Yin is also the goddess of compassion, and she's wonderful to help us forgive others and ourselves.

Sometimes, our issues arise from past life events. That's especially true for stubborn negative patterns that you're having trouble with, or chronic issues such as phobias, negative relationship or money patterns, or chronic health concerns.

For past life issues, there's no one better to call upon than Archangel Raziel. Raziel looks like Gandolf from Lord of the Rings. Imagine Gandolf with large eagle wings�?And that's what Raziel looks like! Raziel's name in Hebrew means, "Secrets of God" --

He's the wizard of the archangel realm, and he helps us to remember our past lives, and to heal from them when necessary. Raziel also helps us to understand our dreams and to comprehend esoteric information like sacred geometry and universal truths and fourth-dimensional concepts. Raziel can also help you to unleash your natural magical abilities, like alchemy.

There are so many amazing friends available to us in the spirit world! I've written about them in my book, "Archangels and Ascended Masters," and in my oracle card decks, "Archangels Oracle Cards" and "Goddess Guidance Oracle Cards."

Anyone can call upon these powerful beings, and they can help us all simultaneously! You don't need to worry whether they're busy helping someone else�?They're unlimited beings without time or space restrictions�?And like I said earlier, they're available 24/7 free of charge!
