|  THE EGGSHELL TECHNIQUE
There is an energy field around each of us. It is shaped somewhat like an eggshell with colors and clouds in it. Just go ahead and pretend that you can perceive it. You don't actually have to see anything, just pretend that you can. This energy extends beyond your fingertips about 3" - 4" or so when you are just 'hanging around', doing nothing. It can expand or contract depending on what you are doing. Many people have so many clouds in their "eggshell" that you can't see their colors. Many have tears or rips in the energy. It is also common for there to be little entities stuck on the energy field, sucking on people or for there to be implants in the field, blocking the energy from flowing easily. Let's start your clearing by cleaning up your energy and strengthening your psychic protection. Close your eyes and pretend that you have the eggshell around you. Pay close attention to the "shell" part of it. Pretend that you can feel the shell getting thicker and thicker, until it is about ½" to 2" thick or so. Check the outside for any rips or tears in the Eggshell. Many people have them. When you find them, close them up. You could imagine a needle and thread, superglue, or whatever you like to close the hole up and keep the eggshell strong. Use your own ideas, because they will work really well good for you. When you feel that the Eggshell is solid, spray a thick Teflon coating on the outside of the shell. This will send anything that is thrown at you sliding right off of your outer protective Eggshell and it will just fall away harmlessly. In an extreme case of Psychic Attack, you can use a mirror on the outside of the Eggshell for awhile, but this continues the Karmic game and I don't recommend it under normal circumstances. This returns whatever the person sends to you and it has a tendency to keep the energies between you going on and on. But, if they don't get the message any other way, deflect it back to them so that they get a taste of their own medicine. When you have the eggshell solid, or the best as you can get it, Ground yourself by imagine a cord coming from the base of your spine and going down through the shell into the ground. This cord will not interfere with the strength of the Eggshell or allow anything back into it. Next, imagine beautiful white light coming in through the top of the eggshell and cleaning out the inside. I imagine that it is like a shower head or a hose of light that I can spray around at different areas. Some places in your energy may have clouds or haze or holes. Continue to spray out the inside; clean the inside, the energy in the shell and yourself. At the bottom of the eggshell there is a drain that is a one way drain. Stuff goes out, but it cannot get back in. Just let the spray clean out the junk and go out of the eggshell through the drain. The drain will not interfere with the cord coming out of the base of your spine. When you are finished, check the outside of your Eggshell. Notice whether or not there are any objects or entities on the outside of it. Check carefully. Then look again at the inside of your energy field. If there is anything hanging onto it, remove them. You might flush them down your drain and into "neutrality" or hand them to your Guardian Angel to dispose of properly. There is no need to fear them, they are rather like fleas or ticks. Unpleasant, but not usually lethal. Treating them with anger or fear will simply continue the cycle. These exercises are all about detachment, not about getting even more involved with the emotions that a Psychic Attack can set off.
Now place your attention on the base Chakra and notice if you can feel any cords or strings coming out of it. If you don't, that's fine. Don't worry, just pretend that they are there. Remember, act "As If". Now ask yourself "who do these strings go to?" See if an answer pops into your head. It could be interesting. In any case, simply say to yourself "I now cut these Karmic ties, granting the person, place or thing their freedom, thereby granting myself freedom". Go to each Chakra and do this at each one. When you are clear, check your Grounding again and strengthen your Eggshell one more time. Then slowly open your eyes. These techniques will keep you in a bubble of clear space, if you continue to clean out the inside of the shell. At first you will need to clean it out often. Then, once a week maintenance is usually adequate. Although these spiritual experiences are extremely subjective in nature, the experiences are surprisingly consistent. People report similar doing activities, visiting the same places and even meeting the same personalities when they are skilled at these spiritual exercises. There is a thread that runs through the experiences that cannot be ignored. There are people who do not believe, people who do believe, and then there are people who KNOW. The point of this work is to have that knowledge. NOT just belief. To empower yourself with the sure knowledge that you will be assisted in your journey through this life, if you are willing to let go a little. NEVER throw energy at anyone. That is a Psychic Attack and has serious side effects for the person who does it. The point is to protect yourself, not violate anyone else. Any time you use this energy for your own selfish use, it is wrong and there will be consequences. |
