Ok, so I have a wonderful message from spirit to share with you all here for 2005. I sat down yesterday and meditated, and asked them for what I thought would be a paragraph or two..and they had me write down 2 pages, and it's really lovely.... here' goes...

"Be kind to each other�?BR>be gentle with yourselves.
If you are birthing a new energy in yourself,
treat yourself as you would a newborn child�?BR>hug and kiss your soul, nurture that part of you.

Don't beat yourself up over stuff that doesn't exist.
Be kind to each other.
As you together birth a new energy within yourselves,
so does your community.

Be aware that change doesn't occur over night,
and don't give up if it doesn't happen fast enough for your ego's satisfaction.

Make life a prayer and dedicate that prayer to your God self, your Spirit self,
then nurture your spirit every day to find the divine in every moment,
especially the darkest moments, when you are scared, saddened, or angry�?BR>When you are stuck in traffic, when your husband doesn't understand you,
when your children take you for granted, and when you feel lost in the world.

Spirit is there within you always. For in truth, you are never alone.

For this reason, cultivate your connection to this source
Strengthen it and watch it grow.
As your connection to source matures, so shall you know your true nature.
So shall you understand the world in a new way.

This does not happen over night but is well worth the effect�?BR>years seem like days and a lifetime of inner peace is your present

So start small, and think big, and realize that no effort is wasted.
And every little step quickly adds up to a big transformation.
You are worth it!  Your true nature awaits!

Whew...there you go! Now, along with their message, they also gave me an exercise to do, so let's start now...

put your hands together in front of your heart�?BR>bow your head to the beauty and power of your own divinity�?BR>stretch your arms out to either side, palms up�?
lift your head up to the sky and feel the power of spirit take your hands and lift you�?BR>
Feel the divine presence bend down and kiss your forehead�?BR>reach your arms up like a child to a mother or father...
feel your divine soul parents embrace you�?
wrap your arms around yourself�?
embrace your self with your spirit arms feel the divine presence within as a sense of blissful peace�?BR>feel the divine presence all around you as nurturing support, safety, security and protection.

Do this exercise every time you feel a disconnection, fear, anger--and bring yourself back home! As St. Francis said, "Make me an instrument for your peace."

I feel like I should pause here...

That was spirit's exercise for us, and now I have to follow that!?!? Ok, I guess I do...

 

Here's what I've got. I have a short visualization for us to use to really make some change in your life in 2005. It's not exactly from my book ‘Psychic Living,�?but there are tons of similar ones in the book.

Everyone think of something, maybe two things that you'd like to achieve this year, and we'll rev up our resolutions!

The thing that I notice with my clients over and over again...and here's the secret to using your affirmations, visualizations and inner senses to change your life�?is that whenever people are "separate" from their goals, meaning, if the goals are ‘outside�?of you, then life doesn’t feel like it is working very well, then there's always this "what if" factor, if you will be who you want to be, If you will get the things you want to get, yadda, yadda, yadda.

So, what we're going to do is, visualize you doing that thing you want, or being that person you want, and then heal the separation!

So, see your goal in front of you�?. how far away is it?

I've seen people who's lives are in the next room and I’ve seen them a mile away. As you see this image of you doing this thing or being this person, bring this activity closer and closer to you�?BR>
If there are any obstacles in the way, just POOF them and make them gone. This is your visualization. You own it.

See that image of you doing this activity, and now, it's like arms distance away�?you can touch it�? you can feel what it's like to already be this person. Now, bring it inside you. The flow is moving inside you and you are accomplishing this�?BR>
How does it feel? Now you can say "I am this�?"

"I am a mother" or "I am a writer�?Or "I have this new computer" what ever it is ...now, manifest it! Or, actually own it and the manifesting will come!

Do this a few times a day.... heal the separation between you, and You and you'll have a constant flow!

Now, you can totally feel the difference between "their" exercise and mine, huh? I'm a bit wordy!!

I'll share a few predictions....

 

Martha Stewart... she'll be big with her TV show after she gets out of prison and house arrest, and within a year and a half will be in trouble again! Not as big but shady things are following her around!

Michael Jackson... will be found guilty, the jury will be conservative yet still find 2-3 out of about 10 counts guilty.

President Bush will not be very effective the first 9 months of the year, but around September has some interesting proposals. I think he'll have some legal battles, his administration will�?and in about a year, I feel there will be a coup or some assassinations somewhere in the world, that allows him to put his cowboy hat on and do what he does best.

Iraq will be chaos. I see a country nearby planning to underhandedly, through diplomacy, once the new government is set up, have some bad influence. I guess I don't really see anything unusual there.

There will be a tentative peace deal between Israel and the Palestinians, I feel, within about 9-10 months, and that's because someone very important, a Palestinian cleric or leader (other than Abbas), comes out in favor of it.

As far as terrorism…We have alot of unsung heroes in this country, because I think we only hear about a minute amount of the stuff that's been foiled. Sometime next year I think we'll see something with a boat (possibly a train)�?west coast, (USA) btw.

 

 

We're so fragmented during our day. We're all juggling a million things! When you use your intuition, you have to quiet down the chatter to really hear, and get the best info, and a great way to do that is to create a separate space�?a special time and space to do your work, so I say, light a candle, take out a few of your favorite statues or images. Leave it in a box or on a special shelf with your pen and notebook, so you can have a sacred psychic journal as well.

After a while, you learn to create that sacred space wherever you are, like an instant sacred space, so that you can find parking spaces, know quickie answers to this and that, and generally make your life easier, in the mundane moments, not just the transformational ones.

It also helps to feel protected and safe and release your fears. It's a great way to start your psychic or healing sessions.
