First of all, I want to acknowledge those of you who are healers and spiritual teachers in the audience tonight, and thank you for the contributions you're making to the world. We truly need you... and we also need many other spiritual teachers and healers to come forward, as well. Much of my work is in helping lightworkers to overcome their doubts and confusions about their work.

Tonight, I'd like to address the many changes we're all going through energetically, spiritually, and that includes the new little lightworkers among us called The Crystal Children and The Rainbow Children. Let me first define my terms. A lightworker is someone who feels compelled to help the earth in a spiritual way, perhaps through teaching, healing, prayer, writing, speaking, or some other way that sends light and love to others or the environment.

There have always been lightworkers on this planet, but there are now more of us here than in recent years...because of the changes we're undergoing. We lightworkers are becoming very, very sensitive. This sensitivity isn't always perceived as a gift, is it?

You may have noticed that you're becoming increasingly sensitive to noise, for example. Also, your diet is likely shifting. You may be getting lots of messages from your higher self and your angels to let go of heavier, denser, and processed foods. Those are very REAL Divine messages, and they're part of the support that the spirit world offers you right now.

As a lightworker, you have a very important contract to fulfill, and it begins with listening to and following the Divine guidance messages you're getting. This involves trusting that you truly are a powerful lightworker, and that you are qualified to help the world.

A lot of lightworkers wrestle with self-doubt and low self-esteem. Why is this? Primarily because of the EGO, which tries to dissuade us from our purpose. But also because of past-life pain, in which we were killed or tortured for doing our spiritual healing and teaching work. Fortunately, we have a lot of help.

We really do have angels -- celestial beings -- who want to help us get in touch with our Divine power. For example, Archangel Jophiel wants to help us all to think more positively. Call upon Jophiel if you ever feel down, simply by thinking the name, ‘Jophiel�?

And Archangel Michael helps us to have courage, strength, and backbone to do what we feel called to do, and make life changes.

Archangel Raphael is a big helper to anyone involved with healing work... from selecting the type of healing modality best-suited to you, all the way to helping you pay for school, and open a private practice.

Gabriel wants to help you with your spiritual teaching work, both with publishing and speaking. Those are just a few examples of the help that is always available to each and everyone of us, non-stop and guaranteed!

Most lightworkers are in their 30's or older......The generation after lightworkers (in general) is called The Indigo Children. They're even more sensitive and psychic than lightworkers. Usually, their parents are the lightworkers. Indigo Children have a Warrior Personality -- that's their chief characteristic, differentiating them from lightworkers and crystal children. This warrior personality is like a strong temper and headstrong nature.

They also have an inner detector, in which they KNOW when they're being lied to, or being manipulated or patronized. The Indigo Children are on this planet, collectively, to usher in INTEGRITY and truthfulness. They can't stand being lied to. They don't have the ability to swallow their feelings..... unless they're on mind-altering drugs (like Ritalin). Unfortunately, because Indigo Children don't have the ability to swallow their feelings, they're not very good at complying with dysfunctional systems. So, they often are perceived as acting-out in school. And guess what happens to them next?

The number of prescriptions for Ritalin and similar drugs are up 500% in the last decade, and growing worldwide. It's because we haven't acknowledged that Indigo Children are a sign that the human race is evolving and changing. We need to update the educational system to accommodate these new highly sensitive, right-brain-dominant people.

The Indigo Children need to NOT be drugged into submission, because to do so will disrupt their very, very important mission. Indigo Children are just like Frodo taking the ring to Mordor. They are truly here to save us from ourselves. They are here on this planet to get rid of the lies in the governments, media, etc. Thank God for them!!! And they need our help, Lightworkers! For instance, there are so many natural alternatives to Ritalin. I've written a whole book on them, "The Care and Feeding of Indigo Children."

The Indigo Children need us to have compassion for their sensitivity, and encouragement for their mission. In general, Indigo Children are age’s teen through 20's however, there are exceptions. There are older Indigo Children and younger as well. But the largest influx of Indigos came from 1975 through 1995. Around 1995, we started to see the shift to the new Crystal Children. Some of the children born around '95 have characteristics of both Indigos and Crystals. We call them ‘Cusp Children�? like astrological cusps for people born on the 21st of the month.

The Crystals have large eyes that see everything. They're super, super-sensitive to energy and HIGHLY telepathic. They read minds and see the love in everyone, like angels. Yet, they're wary of people who have closed heart-chakra’s, so Crystals can appear to be shy or reclusive. I think they're just discriminating, and we should learn from them!

Crystal Children LOVE animals, plants, nature, and rocks. They need to be outside on a regular basis, or they get cranky. They're also highly energetic, and often don't sleep much. Many Crystals are self-selected vegetarians who choose fruit juice over hamburgers, for instance. They also intuitively know how to do energy healing and work with crystals for healing. They're amazing, amazing children! Their parents tell me that these children are a joy to raise. (Unlike Indigos who are challenging to raise). Crystal children don't display the tempers of Indigos. They're easy-going, happy, and loving kids. Lucky parents!

There are some older Crystal children. I've met them in their 20's, 30's, and 40's, but they're the exception rather than the rule. We call the older ones, "Scouts," as they came to the planet to scout the energy before the large influx came in. The children of Crystal Children are now starting to be born, and they're called "The Rainbow Children." I've only met a few, and was bowled over by their huge aura, high vibration of complete and utter joy and contentment, and peaceful nature.

It gives me great hope for our planet that these new children are coming in, to take over custodianship of earth. They're a part of this new energy we're all experiencing. If you're like most lightworkers, you're probably undergoing tremendous changes right now. You probably don't have a clear sense where these changes are taking you to. Yet, we're all called to have faith and joy that we're moving in the right direction.
