Since I have been doing this work - so many people want to know how they can tap in to their own inner guidance. That’s is why I wrote my new book "Psychic Navigator," so people know that we are all born with an inner awareness, that can help us with everything in life.

Meditation
Breath
Chakra’s,
and Auras.

By studying and knowing how these 4 things work, they can open you up to your inner guidance.

I know alot of you - have studied these things, and in the new book, I try to keep it simple and have included a CD with a meditation that I learned in the UK, which I call ‘Raising the Power�?

By learning to raise your energy with your chakras, you can become more intuitive, and it’s NOT always just about psychic development.

As so many of you know- the chakras work with all your body and resonate with different colors and vibes.

You all have one piece of equipment right now that can help you develop.... It’s your body. Your body will never lie to you. Look at your body as one BIG psychic antenna.
We are constantly receiving intuitive info from our bodies, but most people don't listen or know what to look for.

Also learn how to BREATHE properly. I talk about this and give techniques in the book.

Breathing is something we take for granted. Who would have thought that we would need instructions on how to breathe? Watch a baby breathing and you will see its stomach go up and down�? that is the way we were meant to breathe.

The Universe is filled with (prana) and so is the air - by breathing properly and learning to do so, you can bring MORE of this vital source into your body. I am a big follower of the eastern traditions and have followed their ancient ways. There is a technique called the "complete Breath" where you are using all the parts of your lungs.

Also I go to a temple (Buddhist) and we all practice ‘Mindfulness Breathing�?/STRONG>, which is just counting your breath. So... just study the breath and it WILL guide you towards your inner guidance.

Also - I know meditation can get repetitive but.... there are so many ways to meditate. Too many people think meditation is about sitting in cave like a monk with a candle and smoke floating on the air from incense!
 
You can even meditate as you walk - it’s called mediation in action. You have to quiet the mind down so you can notice the intuitive signs, and the signs from the Other Side.

I am also a big advocate of ‘everyone should discover their OWN psychic strength.�?BR>
Too many people want to see clairvoyantly, when in fact they may be a great (feeler) (clairsentience). I break down in ‘Psychic Navigator�?what each one is and the signs to watch for - so you can develop YOUR strength.

Indicators of clairsentience, to feel:

Are your feelings hurt easily?

When sitting in a room, do you feel when the furniture is positioned right?

When you meet someone - do you know if you like him or her or not?

Are you the person that everyone goes to with his or her problems?

These are just a few�?

If you are a (feeler), of course you are using your solar plexus chakras, and you could also be taking in other people stuff. This weekend. I asked at my lecture,

“Who is tired after these 2 days?�?

Almost all the hands went up - not because it was a long day though �?but because there was so much energy, and people wanting so much.

Protect this area if you are a feeler / clairsentient.

The next time you make a decision, simply ask yourself FIRST�?

"How do I FEEL about this decision?�?nbsp;
“How do I FEEL about this person?�?
“How Do I FEEL about this move?�?/STRONG>

Just ASK before you ACT.

By asking, you are turning to your inner guidance. Your inner guidance is there and wants to help. I always say I don't think GOD would have put us here without a little help.

Then there is Clairvoyance - to see�?

Do you dream in color and vividly?
Are you the sort of person that doesn't wear a watch because you can visualize always what time it is?

Do you know how to place furniture naturally - so it looks right?

Have you ever looked at someone and KNEW they were coming down with something even though they looked fine?

When talking on the phone with a new person…then you meet�?and they look exactly like you imagined?

Also I know everyone has seen the energy in the corner of their eyes, and also small specks of light.

You are not crazy!!! These are indicators of clairvoyance. Learn how to open this strength. It can help you in ALL areas, also in your life. Before you go into a meeting look towards your third eye and ask,

“Is there something I should know before I go into this meeting?�?BR>
You may see a symbol a word, an image. It is your strength trying to assist you. There are SO many ways to develop this, and I mention a few in ‘Psychic Navigator.�?God my hands are flying across this board!
