surrender to god
Most think surrender to god means you have to change your life and go to
church and change your ways. Wrong.. God wants us to have faith in him that he
 will take care of those who beleive in him. When something happens most
people say oh my god what am i going to do now. Well you just prayed and asked
him to help. and then at the last minute something comes up that fixes it. He
 has been caring for you all this time why stop now. Give him all your faith.
 BELEIVE he will take care of you. If you wake up and say what am i going to
 do and then get upset over it then you are not giving him your faith. I have
been in a world of crap and he fixes it every time and I know what ever it is
he will see me through it. I dont run around saying god will help you sounding
 like a priest.  But if someone says how did you get rid of all your pain. I
 SAY GOD DID YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW. I am spreading his word. That was easy
wasn't it.  Read this then try my prayer and watch what happens.
    
Dear God,
  I give back all my faith to you.
You have given me everything I have needed.
 And I know as long as I respect everything and
 everyone and do my best to
help anyone that crosses my path the best that I can.
And speak your name any time I feel it is right.
That you will always take care of me.
 I will not worry and I will forgive.

energy
Everything that moves is moved by energy.  We are all energy.  We draw energy from the ground and things around us. We do this at will as we desire.  If you sit in a chair and say I don't want to do the dishes you will not do it. Untill you say you want to or have to.  If you ask someone if they want to go somewhere and they say yes then you ask them are you sure you want to go you dont seem as if you are excited about it. They aren't If they were they would draw the energy from the ground automaticly. Like if you ask a child to go to the zoo.    Natureblessed.

                                                  What is " contamination"
When you have stored negative energy  it  will cause depresion, cronic pains and illnesses. This is called CONTAMINATION . If you are empath and I beleive we all are just dont use it ( just my opinion) When you  go to a friends house you will absorb their energy if they have bad negative energy it will contaminate you.  You may suddenly feel depressed after leaving a friends house or have a sudden  sharp pain somewhere. Or maybe you go out to a resturant and you get an instant short episode of upset stomache just for a moment. This is contamination the more you store the more pain and desease you will have. This is where emotional release therapy comes in. This method will help you cleanse your inner self and help balance you and you WILL enjoy peace and clear mind.                                                              
                                 Meditation Techniques - Their                                 Purpose and Benefits

If you explore the world of meditation, you will find that there are many meditation techniques. Besides the classical techniques, almost every meditation teacher invents some of his own. The multiplicity of meditation techniques and methods causes some confusion for people who are new to the subject. They do not know where to start and which method to follow.
 
Most people, especially in the West, associate meditation with relaxation of the body and mind. Actually, many who arrive to meditation do it because of their need to find some relaxation in a world full of tension. 
 
There are many meditation techniques and methods to choose from. Everyone extols the method he follows. He does so, because this is what he knows and has been practicing. His method may not necessarily be appropriate for everyone. That’s why there are so many techniques.
 
There are various Indian meditation techniques, Buddhist meditations, Zen meditations and other Eastern or Western techniques. Even guided imagination and creative visualization are a kind of meditation. You can now learn and practice meditation in any place, not just in the exotic Far East.
 
Sometimes people come across a method and start practicing it. Sometimes they like it and go on with it. At others times they are not satisfied, and either search some other technique or stop altogether.
 
The question is not what technique or method to choose. The crucial question is what do you expect to gain by practicing meditation, and does the method you choose lead you to your aim. Are you just after physical relaxation, a little inner peace, or do you want to gain real peace of mind and maybe even enlightenment.
 
There are techniques where you are instructed to concentrate on the tip of your nose, on your breathing, on your movements, to think of something, repeat a mantra or repeat some affirmations. In all of these methods you are actually teaching the mind to stick to one object, action or thought. You are training it to become one pointed.
 
You can sit by the sea and watch the waves, follow a cloud in the sky, concentrate on a subject and try to understand it. You can repeat a prayer or think about god. These too are all various methods of meditation. The main theme of them all is focusing the mind on one subject, in other words concentration. 
 
The mind is usually restless. By subduing its waves, it becomes quiet. When the mind is quiet the body is quiet too. Meditation is not different from any other method of training. To succeed you need, perseverance, inner strength, ambition and faith. To gain results you need to devote, time, energy and love.
 
Meditation helps to develop physical and mental calmness, concentration power, memory, intuition, inner strength and peace of mind. It may also lead to spiritual enlightenment. It depends on how much enthusiastic you are, how much energy and time you devote to it and on your inner ripeness. 
 
The ultimate goal of meditation is to reach beyond the mind and live in the world of pure spirit. This may not be the goal of most people who start to meditate. For most people to goal is just to gain some peace of mind.
 
If you persevere and practice with earnestness and concentration, you will eventually come to realize that there is a world beyond thoughts. You become able to silence your thoughts, and meditation takes a new meaning. You find out that you still exist when your mind is silent. You discover a new kind of consciousness that is not dependent on the mind. It is a state of consciousness with no thoughts. It is what the great Indian sage, Sri Ramana Maharshi, called the thoughtless state. 
 
When the mind becomes naturally quiet, you find out who you really are. The mind is then transcended, and the spiritual consciousness wakes up.

                               meditation
Find some place that is shadowed, and where you can lay in quiet and without being disturbed by anybody.  Lay down on the floor (or bed) with your arms laying at your side, and your legs lying flat as well, slightly apart.  Once you are comfortable, start to relax your body, starting with your toes, moving up to your ankles, knees, hips...and so on, until you reach your head.  As you relax each body part, count to ten before moving on to the next.  By the time you reach your head, you should be in full meditation state.

                           remote meditation
Get comfortable and place your hands on your lapfacing up. In one hand place the remote to the tv. Look at the remote then close your eyes and visualize the remotee open your eyes look at it again real good close your eyes and visualize it again just as you saw it last. When your mind starts to wander you will loosen your grip on the remote this will bring you right back to what you were doing and soon you wil be able to think only what you want to no more flashing from one thought to anothmeditation exerciseer you will be able to meditate easily.
 
                       The basics of grounding.
Every molacule and atom is charged with positive and negative energy. The idea of grounding is to take in the positive energy and release the negative energy. You can do this in many many ways one is breathing.
Breath in the positive air exhale the negative air just repeat to yourself as you breath deep and exhale deep, Breath in positive breath out the negative.
Another method is visualize roots comming from your feet into the ground and picture the positive energy comming in from your crown chakra ( the very top of the head) visualize it as a white light from god comming into the top of your head and pushing all the negative energy out through your roots from your feet to the ground. Fill your body with the white light push the dull gray negative energy out your feet.
You can also hold a twig or a tree branch and send the negative energy through your hands to the wood then simply through it away.

                            Exercise in Grounding
 
This exercise is called "Connect the dots".  It is a combination of visualization and breathing.
 
1. Take a deep but easy relaxing breath in.  See a bright dot in the center of your forehead.  Let the breath out slowly.
 
RELAX
 
2. Take a breath in as before.  See a bright dot in the center of your throat.  Let the breath out slowly drawing an energy line from forehead to throat.
 
RELAX
 
3. Take a breath in as before.  See a bright dot in the center of your chest at your heart chakra.  Let the breath out slowly drawing an energy line from throat to chest.
 
RELAX
 
4. Take a breath in as before.  See a bright dot in the center of your tummy.  Let the breath out slowly drawing an energy line from chest to tummy.
 
RELAX
 
5. Take a breath in as before.  See a bright dot in the center of your spine at the base.  Let the breath out slowly drawing an energy line from tummy to the base of your spine.
 
RELAX
 
6.  Take a breath in as before.  See a bright dot in the center of your knees.  Let the breath out slowly drawing an energy line from ur spine to your knees.
 
RELAX
 
7. Take a breath in as before.  See a bright dot in the center of the Earth.  Let the breath out slowly drawing an energy line from ur knees to that dot in the Earth.
 
Relax.......... Feel the circulation of energy from your body to the earth and back again.  Feel it warm and energize you.   When you are refreshed slowly return to yourself.
 

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
                EMOTIONAL RELEASE THERAPY
Find quiet calm place and lye flat on your back.  Check the time.   Place your
 dominate hand on the center of your chest place the other hand over it.
  Think to your self you are going to pull the positive energy and colors
(magenta and brown) from the earth below you. Pushing out the negitive black
 colored energy through to your hands.  If your hands tingle you need to
concentrate harder on the energy vibe not the picture image. Remember how you
felt when that bad memory happened the stronger you feel it the more you will
 release. When it works your hands wil start getting warmer and warmer. Stop
when they get to warm you can start again at a latter time where you left off.
 When you  stop You have to wash off the negative energy and say a prayer like this, Dear god please wash away this pain and negative energy down the drain. Amen.
 You must wash off the neg energy or it will soak back in as new bad energy and create
 stuff such as depression.
  I have had a severe bad back for many reasons since I was 12 and I have felt
 NO PAIN for a long time now.  You will see why I am so excited to share
 this information.   

ert files form
Find a calm quiet place to get comfortable. Picture all of your past traumas,
 painfull negitive energy memories as files.  You are in a room that is wall
to wall file drawers picture all your bad stuff in those drawers. See yourself
walk through you open each drawer and pull that memory  and bad energy out and
 through it in a trash bag, go through the hole room.  As you pull out the bad
 energy  put good energy back in the drawer. You can picture the good energy
as stickers in your pocket or something like that. Or a calm colored marble.
 when you have finished then see yourself take the trash out to the trash can
 and put a lid on it.         This idea was sent to me by a member of
spiritual network. 

My daughter taught me an emotional release therapy the other day. Not bad for an 8 year old. She told me. Mom when we were going to court(recently for tickets) Do you know how I delt with that pain? I said no tell me. She said
REMEMBER THIS IS FROM AN 8 YEAR OLD.
When you have things that you worry about and can't stop,  picture them as a bunch of  squiggly wires
( mom is a mechanic) and you stuff them in a nice little wodden box or a safe after you get them all in there SLAM  the lid shut real hard then throw the box away.  
Awesome for an 8 year old girl hu!!!!!!!!!!!

Remember to ground afterwards to fill the space with positive energy.

Steps to energy recovery has purpose to meditate meditation, basics of grounding, grounding, and emotional release therapy ( ert). This will help with cronic pains illnessess and deases. Just give it a try. It has done wonders for me. Best wishes Becki
