I pulled this out of my livejournal.  It's a ramble where I recorded some information I was given by a friend of mine who is a shaman.  Someone might find it useful . . . besides, then Mom will see it too.  I see no evidence of her checking our livejournal group for the lookouts . . .

Did you know worry can cause cancer? Yeah. Worry can cause cancer. It's a very toxic emotion. It balls up and turns your cells destructive, and then the cancer eats you.

Yummy. Blech . . .

I had a very nice chat with a shaman tonight about cancer among other things like colds. A lot of the things that I've been suffering and that has been affecting Merlin is all worry based.

He recommended smoke baths as one treatment along with stopping worrying. He didn't say to stop any medical stuff, just to stop worrying. Take action instead, and if there is no action, just stop worrying.

Harder to do than to say, but it's good advice.

No Mom, that's not an excuse for you to light up that commercial smoke stick known as the cigarrette. If you must smoke tobacco, buy some of that organic tobacco and roll you own . . . those smell better anyway. He meant sage smoke baths.

It might sound a little weird, but you could always give it a shot. I can't see dad holding still for a good saging though, so you could burn a cone or stick of incense . . . oh isn't this nice . . . what a pretty smell.

 

Smoke naturally helps cleanse the energy body.  You could also try sucking the foreign energy out and transferring it into a piece of paper, then burn the paper.  Give yourself a smoke bath before and after you do anything.
