The Power of Healing Ourselves

I wanted to discuss with you tonight the meaning of healing, and how to apply it to ones self in their daily life. I always think about what I will be speaking about, a few days before I have to speak...and let the Universe know. That way...when the day comes...my guides will be able to feed me the information to depart to you.

I do this with all of my lectures, and my books as well. I will put myself into a slight trance, and connect with my guides and begin...

I will ask you all...to gently close your eyes for a few seconds and reconnect with your heart center... take a few breaths in and out, and center your being, so we are ready to receive.

Divine beings of light, we ask your grace upon us tonight as we sit together with one heart...one mind...one soul... to absorb your knowledge, and bring forth it's wisdom, to enlightened and touch every heart where it is so needed.

We all come together today with a thought of what we believe healing means to us. Each one of us brings with it... a 'definition' of healing. Healing is different, and means something different to each one of us. Some think of physical healing, others mental...or emotional... or even spiritual.

Each one of us is a perfect being of light. Within each one of us...lies the power to heal. Let me rephrase that by saying...I believe we each are already healed, but we may not perceive ourselves to be such, or be in, as we would refer to it, as a state of grace.

The mind is a blank canvas, and is colored with your thoughts. One might have within their soul make up and experience, a recognizable way of thinking from lifetimes of experiences.

I have said many times we are constantly creating...always. Right now, as you sit here, you are creating. Think of the mind as the car...and the thoughts, as a destination. The fuel is the energy of the thoughts... Is your fuel clean and pure or, is it discolored with judgment and limitations?

You have to always remember, that everything in life is balance, and balance of thought is right there.

I want to talk about judgment. It seems when we are in judgment, we are not in our purest form, and it is in our purest form in which we are ready to receive the healing. Or let me say...we are MORE receptive to the healing force, when we are in non-judgment mode.

Judgment is not part of our soul make-up. It is learned. Healing comes in many forms and ways.

Sometimes, some of the worst possible things in life... deaths, sickness, disasters, etc., are really healing, which are not seen yet. Many times the soul comes back in this life time to heal another aspect of their being from a former life, and needs to go though a tremendous hardship in order for it's soul self to receive the balance and healing.

Healing = Understanding = Balance. These certainly are interchangeable

I also want to say to you...that there are no easy definitions of 'healing' per say. I will tell you...that for one soul, in order to heal, it must send a healing thought to another, because it is true that in giving, we receive.

One of the GREATEST insights the Spirit world has brought me to, is the understanding that in our true state of being, which is Spirit, we have an immediate understanding how connected we are. In this three dimensional world, there seems to be a sense of separateness.

This, as all is in this dimension, is an illusion.

Begin to bring 'healing' into your life, by bringing yourself to a state of grace, by bringing yourself to a state of receptivity. How do we do this??? By first being TRUE to YOURSELF. By not living the ILLUSIONS of another in your life, albeit partner, parents, children, friends, society...

Each one of us has our unique LIGHT...or as I say...color of light...

Begin your state of grace, by using the force of LOVE, and direct it to yourself. Open up to the power of your highest self. Bring in your light to open your heart and prepare for your healing.

Next....SEE yourself in the state of healing...in other words be there where the results are...as if they have already taken place... I am not talking just about Physical healing...but also healing emotionally.

So many times...MANY times, Spirits will come back and tell me they cannot move on to the higher spheres, because they have left without finishing up by telling their loved ones they love them, or that they are sorry. The spirit needs a healing.

How many of you have said goodbye to a loved one with regrets? How many of you are holding onto those regrets, and letting them get in the way of a full life? Of a healing? Your thoughts heal!

Spirits have also come back and told me, “THANK YOU for telling my daughter about using her thoughts to contact me. She did and I feel better.�?So, you can heal on many levels and in many dimensions.

I believe that Star Wars did so well, because on a certain level it was basic soul information being played out. That being balance...dark and light....hate and love....... Go with the FORCE....in other words ...go with LOVE.

In that movie as well, it is what he thought of himself, in order to be successful in his journey. The same truths are played out all the time in our stories and tales.

Currently a great example is in the Harry Potter movie. Great scene about 'how to attack your fears' with the mind. I have often, in my books, used the analogy that each one of us is a tool box, and inside are the perfect tools we need to accomplish any task we are asked.

The hard part is to have the courage to open the box and perhaps use a different tool than we are used to, or which someone else has told us about.

We must be patient in being in the space of learning and soul growth.Enjoy your life. All of it. The ups and the downs, the good and the bad. Stay away from judgment, and it makes it sooo much easier.

We never know what the motivation is behind why someone behaves a certain way, but by using that energy to judge them, instead of trying to understand them and showing them compassion, we are defeating our purpose and not learning from that experience.

One must often be the example to another, especially those who are somewhat 'enlightened' or on the path, as they say.

Try and see things from another's point of view, and it will help you in return to understand more and more about how people work, and also how they affect you, and how you let them.

So...by being in a state of grace is also being in a state of awareness and living mindfully. My wish is that each one of you take time to enjoy yourselves, and find a couple of things that you really love about yourselves, and use THAT energy to begin to enter your state of grace, and be open to the HEALING VIBRATION. GUIDED HEALING MEDITATION 

In order to receive, we must bring ourselves to a place of receptivity. I will lead a meditation for healing now. 

Everyone together just breathe evenly... remain focused... and bring your energies together as one consciousness......
breathe in thru your nose.........
and exhale out slowly thru your mouth.........
each breath allowing your mind to clear and focus...
bringing your energy into the center of this room...
imagining us all circling around...and our lights becoming one......
one focus...
one consciousness......
and inhale........
and exhale.........
each inhale a bit deeper...
each exhale slower...calmer......
and imagine our hearts shining and glowing......
and the glows get larger...
until they mesh together and become one...
and just breathe.........
allow yourself to feel it.


Okay....... Now... I would like you to imagine a beautiful golden light above your heads... I want you to imagine in that light anything in your life you would like to direct healing energy toward......

If it is an individual, please place their face there...if it is yourself, place your self there... be as specific as possible with seeing your healing taking place in this light......... Feel it...
Experience it NOW!!! Be There!

Now focus on your heart energy!......... See your heart open as if a flower...... When you feel you are ready.... I want you to use the breath and bring in to your heart...... breathe the healing golden light, into your heart area......

And when you exhale......imagine any OLD patterns of thought leaving you...... breathe out any energy inside you which is not for your highest good, and the highest good of the healing vibration...

If you are sending healing to someone, bring the light into your heart... and then send the healing energy from your heart center to them in thought...

I will ask you to do this with me in rhythm...

Good, now keep the same rhythm... and as you are doing this.......ask your healing guides to present themselves to you, so that you may recognize them when you are doing your healing work...... You may recognize them, or you may not... it doesn't matter...

Just become aware of them... Thank them for being with you...........and assisting you in your healing work......... and now....become aware once again of your body...... and feel and see how different you feel on many levels...... and so it is..................

Please repeat after me OUTLOUD...
HEALTY AM I...
HAPPY AM I...
HOLY AM I...
AND SO IT IS!
