Hi, could someone tell me if it isokay to meditate  late in the evening?
It's difficult to do so during the day even when my son goes to sleep cause i'm always on the go, and just as i try to relax he wakes up!
thanks Oriah9xx

Hi Oriah

I usually mediatate late evening as I find it so much easier if I can relax and with a 7 year old at home it is impossible if she is awake, LOL.
I always just meditate when I am going to get a chance to really relax

I was told that praying to Spirit (God) is talking
Meditation is listening

I don't believe it matters when ever you do either--I don't believe Spirit is on a time clock.

And if we are encouraged to meditate then it should be when we are the most comfortable and open and hear what might be a message for us.
