The title of all titles in SEF, it has history dating back to early '02, it is the richest prize there is. The physical look of the belt has changed a few times over the years, each era of the evolution of the biggest title is shown below with the rich history of the SEF World Heavyweight Championship!

(Viper becomes the first ever Heavyweight Champ at the first SEF Wrestlemania in a first ever Sacrifice Match)
2. "Hollywood" Hal Havoc - April 8th, 2002
(Hollywood wins the title in a buried alive after the entire nwo intereferes)
3. Viper(2) - April 21st, 2002
(Viper pins Bret Hart in a Tag Team Hell in a Cell to win the title)
4. Shane "Daddy" Mack - June 23rd, 2002
(Mack wins a Japanese Deathmatch and Viper breaks his neck after a nasty fall off the ladder)
5. Shawn Michaels - July 18th, 2002
(Mack lays down for HBK due to becoming Commissioner)
6. The Resurrector - August 5th, 2002
(he was disguised as Undertaker during this time)
7. Jeff Hardy - August 8th, 2002
(Jeff pins Disciple in a triple threat match)
8. Troy Storms - August 12th, 2002
(he was then known as Skull)
Vacant - August 16th, 2002
(Skull leaves SEF and drops the title due to bad issues)
9. Shane "Daddy" Mack(2) - August 19th, 2002
(Mack beats Matt Hardy in a Ladder Match that saw both chained together)
10. Xanthus - October 28th, 2002
(he pins Mack after blatant intereference from Viper)
11. Chris Jericho - November 17th, 2002
(Jericho pins Xanthus in a triple threat match also involving Viper)
12. Viper(3) - December 9th, 2002
(Viper beats Jericho in a Chain Match)
Vacant - December 27th, 2002
(Viper drops the title due to issues in SEF and leaves for a while)
13. Rapid - December 28th, 2002
(Rapid is named the new champion)
14. The Resurrector(2) - February 17th, 2003
(he was disguised as Undertaker during this time)

(Mack won the most falls in a DOGG Fight against Johnny X and Rapid)

(Mack wins the vacant IC Title and merges it with the Heavyweight Title)

(Mack vacates his title when he becomes the Owner of SEF)
18. Viper(4) - May 25th, 2003
(Viper wins a fatal four way match to become the new champion)

(Viper beats Spike Dudley to win the SEF United States Title and merges it with the SEF Heavyweight Title)
19. Red Static - November 4th, 2003
20. Strife - November 30th, 2003
21. Viper(5) - December 29th, 2003
(Viper wins the title in a first ever X-Cage and also wins the XCW Heavyweight Title unifing them)
22. Shane "Daddy" Mack(4) - January 25th, 2004
(Mack wins a Japanese Deathmatch and Viper takes a nasty fall slitting his throat on barbed wire and was assumed to have been dead until years later when he revealed he simply wanted to retire)

(SEF returns to TV and so they get rid of the Undisputed Title and leave the SEF Title on Mack, but use the XCW Title as the SEF Title on TV)
August 19th, 2004
(Mack wins the XCW Title from Matt Matlock and merges it with the SEF Title since he is still champ and so now the real SEF Title is used on TV after this)
September 26th, 2004
(Mack wins the DOGG Title from DeeJay George on this date and merges it with the SEF Title)
Vacant - October 5th, 2004
(Mack walks away from the ring after losing his smile thus vacating the title)
23. Fate - October 31st, 2004
(Fate defeats Scorpion, Matt Matlock, Flash Dio, Andrew Velzian, & David Blade in an Elimination Chamber to win the title)
24. David Blade - November 10th, 2004
(Blade defeats Fate, Matt Matlock, and D-Von Dudley to win the title in a fatal four elimination match which takes place in an empty arena)
25. Thor - December 12th, 2004
(Thor beats Blade in a Dog Collar match after Goring him through 3 tables)
26. Scorpion - December 22nd, 2004
(Scorpion makes Thor submit to win the title)
December 29th, 2004
(Mack under the disguise of Scorpion wins the North American Title in a unification match and merges it with the SEF Title)
April 12th, 2005
(after another abscene off TV, SEF returns to TV and on April 18th Mack under the alias of Scorpion "wins" the belt in a HIAC, but was actually already the champ)
27. Whitney Marret - May 29th, 2005
(Whitney wins a fatal four also involving Strife and D-Von Dudley, Mack was under the alias of Scorpion)
28. Shane "Daddy" Mack(6) - August 28th, 2005
(Mack wins a DOGG Fight 2 falls to 1 fall)
29. The Sandman - October 30th, 2005
(Sandman wins a Devils Playground match)
30. Shane "Daddy" Mack(7) - October 30th, 2005
(just minutes after Sandman wins Mack demands a rematch and gets it, then beats Sandman to regain the title)
November 27th, 2005
(Mack wins the Hardcore Title in a Japanese Deathmatch merging it with the SEF Title)
31. Lil Spike Dudley - December 11th, 2005
(Spike wins the title in a non televised Street Fight)
32. Whitney Marret(2) - January 29th, 2006
(Whitney wins a first blood match)
33. Shane "Daddy" Mack(8) - February 26th, 2006
