Biography: Troy started working for SEF over a year ago as the chief of security, but back in June of '02 is when he originally debuted, though it was under a disguise as Skull, a black man. He was able to pull it off with a skin tight mask and long sleeved spandex shirts and he was convincing. He spent time in and out of SEF over the years, once he claimed the SEF Title, but his reign was short lived due to some backstage antics. He has held Tag gold a couple times with best friend Nick Torres and also he has held the International Title making him one of a few triple crown winners. Storms is a veteran of SEF no doubt, but he still has more to offer, more to accomplish, still has a lot to add to a legacy, so we can expect a lot more from him in the future of SEF.
And well gave us a lot more. In late '06 he and McMoney became big rivals with Storms getting the screws put to him by McMoney's regimes, but at the last pay per view and actual event of the year he finally got the best him and he finally got back the SEF Title and held on to it for two months. He and his partner Torres tried gaining the Tag Titles, but just couldn't get them and then at the February pay per view Storms would give up the title as he had been injured for a couple weeks and was required to be out six months to repair and rehab it. So for the second time he had to forfeit the title and with much hesitance he did that. He sat on the sidelines biding his time to come back, in the early summer he even showed up a few times teasing a return, but it wasn't time yet.
At Unscripted Storms would make his return at the expense of his partner Nick Torres by assaulting him and claiming he was taking his top spot and that Torres better not try and take it from him, so the two are now locked into a rivalry. They would reveal that to be a ploy on...well everyone as The Westsiders were back together again. At Apocalypse '07 in December they had a six man tag against then World Champ Black Bob who had two partners. The match started out with just Storms and Torres, but using antics they gained the advantage. Hal Havoc would run in expected to fight them, but as their third man and won they won the match, then formed the new Millenium order. Storms and Torres would end up winning the Tag Titles while Havoc won the World Title.
