Free We are having technical difficulties and can't edit web pages. That's why your name isn't on the index and no one can find your mailbox. I use http://photobucket.com/ to store my graphics. Then cut and paste them into a message reply here. Most everybody in the group uses it. They have free accounts and there is a picture sizing option there. They only allow 1 account per hotmail, so when one account is full, I open another email. It is so much better than msn photo storage. No more red Xs. You should go take a look. Switch |

We have a Computer Tips board and there is all kinds of info there to tell you how to use all the options in the group. (in case you don't already know.) This kind of info wasn't available when I started with msn groups. When I opened WSAM, I couldn't even cut and paste or put a link in a message. Learned it all the hard way and set that board up, so nobody would have to go thru what I did. |

Mailbox Protocol The mailboxes are for talking person to person with another member. If someone leaves a message in your box... cut and paste their message to you into a reply in their mailbox and put your message under it. That way they will know exactly what you are replying to. You should check your mailbox every time you come into the group, to check for announcements from management. I don't usually put those on any board, as some messages only apply to an individual member. When msn will let us, your mailbox will be on the Index to the left. I mark my mailbox in My Favorites, so I don't have to hunt it. |

If you have any recordings of yourself, contact Mykal and he will put them in The Gallery. Here is a thread on the Music Notes board for doing that. We have just started putting the music there, as msn is limited in space and only allows 1MB of upload and that won't play an MP3. Mykal is an assistant manager here and donates the space on his web site. He's also our technical wizard and sets up the slide shows for the art. (He manages The Art Castle, along with Orange) There is also a link for just storage of music files on line |

Just in case you are interested, I ran lights for a rock band in Miami in the the late 80s. When I have time, I'm writing down some of the things that happened. It is also on the Music Notes board, here: NOT mandatory reading. LOL |
